"This little spot is so peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was my favorite. We actually just used it so I could get ready for my wedding and then we passed out after all the events and left in the morning. It’s a perfect spot for a getaway and it’s just simple. Scott was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. "

"It was a a great stay for us for two days. The area around was okay and safe, and the walk to town and the town itself were fantastic. The property itself was also great. We loved the little touches, such as all the extra towels and blankets, and the whole drawer full of coffee accompaniments. I would suggest a full shower in both bathrooms, instead of only a bathtub in one. Also, there were a couple of short instances of loud noise from upstairs, but not enough to forgo renting again. "Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town.
Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away.
Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony.
Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking.
