"Room was clean enough but it did smell like an old hotel. There were no extra blankets or pillows. Floor tile/linoleum was lifting in the room. Good enough place for a one night stay in a pinch."

"I enjoyed myself. The room had everyrhing you could need. Coffee maker, micrpwave, small refrigerator. Absolutely loved the great view, loved the deck. There is direct access to the beach from the property. Very quiet and an enjoyable stay. I will stay here again."

"Really unique vibe! The bungalow sits directly aback from the main Oceanside General Parking lot. Some confusion getting checked in. The town of Oceanside has no cell signal, and upon arriving I needed to call to get the room info, but no cell signal. Or pay phones etc. I dug through my emails and discovers I was supposed to go back into town to this other hotel. Drove there and got the info to unlock the lock box. "Came to the hotel late evening was told that expedia overbooked this hotel more than 20 rooms and we are one of them. Was told to contact manager on Monday , to get refund, has to contact expedia as well. Basically we would have to stay in the car for a night because all hotels in the area were already booked out. We went home with 2 hours driving back. Now we are hoping for refund and recommend always to call directly to hotel make sure you are not spending night on the street."

"You could hear the rain, wind and surf and see the trees blowing like crazy outside. In the yurt, l have never felt so warm, cozy, safe and content. The bed was so comfortable and warm (they use mattress pad heaters). I haven't slept that good in a very long time! There are fans and an electric fireplace. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend bringing a tablet or laptop if you want to watch TV. Bottled water for the teapot/coffee pot. It was very relaxing! We will...

"Oceanside is a true throwback coastal town, where one room post office has waterfront view, and houses on stilts climb up the hillsides. Loved this accommodation - waterfront view (across the street) from bed and living quarters and outdoor balcony. Some overhead noise, but overall quiet building and town. Things you can’t see in pics but might appreciate- great shower pressure, good ventilation/windows that open for air and wave sound, crisp sheets, comfort lounging chairs/sofa. Clean and more...

"Great location. Walking distance from a gorgeous beach, shops, and restaurants. Simple, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Pet friendly. Walls separating rooms were thin which can be inconvenient with loud guests in adjoining rooms. Overall, a good value."
