"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented.
My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold.
Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back.
Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"A good value property and comfortable with all we needed for a short stay. We appreciated the items left for making breakfast and good communication/information from the owner. We found it ideal for visiting Oxford with just a short drive to Park and Ride."

"In spite of several demands and messages to the owner, I did not receive any indication on how to enter the flat until after I had booked a last-minute bedroom in a proper hotel. The owner blamed it on the email platform that (apparently) did not transmit the info. That may well be the case, but in any event, he did not take any notice of the messages asking for info until 5 hours after the theoretical check-in time."

"Very clean and quiet, there is a bus into town or you can walk along the Thames (part of the way). Easy parking is a bonus.
The only confusion was that on Vrbo the property had an address with a house number 19 rather than 19a - hopefully that can be changed for future customers "
