"We had 13 people ages 4-83 stay for a week. The pools (one indoor and one outdoor) were wonderful and the views from the outdoor pool and terrace above spectacular. The house is looking its age in some ways, but is very comfortable, functional and spacious. The kitchen and outdoor grill worked great for cooking large meals. "We stayed here on 2 occasions, in 2 different rooms. Both were to a very high standard. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and I will recommend to everyone coming to Perugia. It is also in a fantastically convenient location for the town centre."

"It truly was perfect each room had its own bathroom. Each room was lovely. No one could complain. The location is fantastic. Easy day trips all over Umbria and every morning a ten minute drive to get breakfast pastries from the charming local bakery. Spectacular views in every direction. W"

"A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful.
