"The pictures of the property did not communicate clearly the location and condition of the hotel. It was set off from the street in rougher area of town. When we got to the entrance there was no one to greet us. All our check in was done via text and phone on What's App. We did not see any personnel that worked for the hotel. "Beautiful property, fit our family of 6 without any issue- very spacious. Excellent location as well - very walkable. 4 stars only for accessibility. Having four kids wait in the rain after a long travel night and the staff not arrive on time for 10am was tough. We just wanted to drop our bags but had to wait outside for some to show up to do so. "I had a wonderful stay in this room in Venice. My family and I was warmly welcomed, and the room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff did an excellent job, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I’d like to give a special thanks to Emelda, who welcomed us for breakfast—she was so kind and attentive. I absolutely loved staying in this room, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this room to anyone visiting Venice!"
