"Reception staff really friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. Open 24/7 which was perfect as we were at a late wedding. There is a tram stop (16) 5 min walk from hotel which takes you to San Siro and also the central location so perfect for travelling around. The room was compact and clean. "Nice reception/sitting area. Useful car parking. Easy access into the city using the tram a couple of mins away but very little around the hotel. Room was more disappointing and not as well equipped as it could have been. The fridge was crammed into a cupboard which was difficult to open/close. Bathroom was a bit grubby (see photo). We were unable to check out the spa as access was locked and keycard didn’t work - as it was short stay, we didn’t enquire at reception. Stay was fine for one night...
