"Amazing place to stay. Can’t say enough about the property manager Frederica! So accommodating. Room was spectacularly clean and beautiful!!! Very quiet as well. Fantastic location to the core of Firenze! Beautiful high ceilings and AC that works great. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommend. 10/10"

"Location was great! Few steps from ponte vecchio. Apt has all what you need for a easy and relax vacation. Even though you have to walk like 15 min to the train station (with suitcases is not easy) I will stay here again. Love it!! "

"The property was charming and fun. However there are no staff on site so getting the code and getting in was confusing (another man there actually just left to get another room). We had some trouble with luggage storage, and again no one to problem solve…there was apparently a manager on site who refused to come assist, instead a housekeeper attempted to problem solve."

"10min tram from Florence SM station, the stay is right next to the tram station. There is Lidl and groceries store nearby. The room is spotless clean, without even one hair. Whatsapp onsite support is responsive and prompt. "

"We loved the location in a wonderful neighborhood between Santo Spirito, the Pitti Palace, and Ponte Vecchio. It's close to many restaurants, cafes, gelaterias, and enotecas. Close enough to everything to be convenient and fun but far enough from the crowds for quiet. The little apartment is beautiful and clean with 2 baths, a tiny kitchen and eating area, and an upstairs sleeping loft with a comfortable bed and a great shower. (Probably the downstairs one is fine, too. We never tried it.). One...

"The archetecture and decaration is really good. Room is super espacious, specially when you consider you are in Europe. Room is clean and very well equiped."

"Very charming house. Location good to explore around. Facilities good and a lot of utensils in the kitchen. We asked for a home made dinner at home and it was amazing. Improvements: Swimming pool doesn't have fence so kids cannot run around unsupervised. Dogs are a nightmare next door barking through the night. Gardener trying to come twice and the last day, he started to do the garden before we left the house so we could not leave kids running around or use the swimming pool."
