"The rain showerhead was tilted the wrong way so after finishing there was a huge puddle of water almost out to the bed. We adjusted it. Then the safe which worked fine at first wouldn't open. It kept saying error. The first girl couldn't fix it so I had to wait for someone else to take it apart. Then I came back at 4pm and our room was still not made up. Not a good first experience for our initial stay at your hotel."

"This was a terrific place to stay while visiting family in Novato. The room was very spacious and very clean. Customer service was excellent-staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical for what one would expect of a free breakfast at a hotel, however, they could improve by offering more fresh fruit choices and yogurt in individual containers-the yogurt from the yogurt machine was not good. Other breakfast choices were very nice. "
