  • Disfruta y escucha las sinfonías nocturnas del coqui desde nuestra terraza. Encantadora playa casa de campo junto a una de las más hermosas playas en Luquillo. Nuestra villa ofrece al viajero todas las comodidades necesarias y comodidad a un precio asequible.

    Esta acogedora villa está situada en Solimar, Luquillo una comunidad exclusiva y privada con seguridad las 24 horas no se puede sobrepasar mejores ubicación, instalaciones y comodidad a un precio asequible. A poca distancia de la piscina y la playa. Se acomoda fácilmente un grupo de 4 en sus amplias habitaciones equipadas con A / C, una cama matrimonial y 2 camas individuales, cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, zona de estar-comedor, un baño completo, cerca de la terraza cubierta, TV por cable, Internet inalámbrico . Sus cualidades son relajantes práctico y seguro. Privacidad y servicios aquí son perfectas para las vacaciones tranquilo retiro, sentarse en la terraza y disfrutar de nuestro agradable que suena Coqui o disfrutar de sus comidas. Sin embargo, todo es actividades al aire libre ultra conveniente, playa, ir de compras, y. Es cierto sentimiento natural isla.

    Un coche se recomienda para su estancia. Hay un supermercado se puede caminar a pero es una milla o más. San Juan está a unos 30 minutos a través de PR 3 o tomar la carretera de peaje de Río Grande. El ferry a Culebra y Vieques en Fajardo es menos de veinte minutos. Parque Nacional El Yunque Rain Forest está a diez minutos en coche.

    Playas de arena con una gran cantidad de palmeras hacen que el pueblo de Luquillo un paraíso caribeño. Con varias playas para elegir en los alrededores, Luquillo es un lugar muy visitado por los viajeros y lugareños por igual.

This was my 7th time staying in this unit. It has everything you need including great location (2 min walk to the pool and less than 5 min walk to the beach). Gated community means I feel safe when walking the neighborhood after dark.

Pros: the host is very nice and easy to communicate with. Location is perfect - Balneario La Monserrate Beach is 3-min drive or 15-minutes walk away (there is a beach right outside the gates, but it is often unswimmable due to strong rip currents and waves). Cons: you can hear a nearby highway, which can be a bit disruptive on weekend nights when cars with extreamly loud music pass by. The interior of the house is somewhat dated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Terrific location and house

Luquillo is fantastic - beaches pristine and largely empty during Christmas and New Years weeks. Easy walk to everything from this house. House very well-appointed. Lovely gated community with excellent pool. Owners friendly and responsive.

Nice place, very safe gated community. Close to the road noise but also close to Kioskos. Wish there was cental ac but rooms are cold at night.

Great location

Love the location of this gated community, right by the beach (less than 100 yards from the back gate to the ocean). Or stop at the pool in the middle of the neighborhood. This is my 7th time staying in Solimar.

Safe place with a great location

Gated community with controlled access to the community gave us a sense of safety and security. The beach is just outside the gates so it’s quick to get there. There is also a pool in the middle of the community with deck space and lounge chairs for a relaxing morning or afternoon. There are a many great restaurants with a 10 minute drive and there are a handful that are walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay.

It was a perfect location; only a 15 minute walk to beautiful Luquillo beach and close to Kioskos. It was in a safe gated neighborhood and we enjoyed the community pool and playground. The condo had everything we needed to cook and get a comfy sleep. AC in the rooms worked great to keep entire place comfortable. Received very clear instruction on check in with guard and getting into the place. Owner left out some games and beach toys for us which was so nice. Slept well despite a lot of road noise and the loud cars cruising especially near weekends. Only stuck outside gate once for 10 minutes when guard was on rounds but owner responded very quickly on VRBO app.Owner was working on improvements to the place so would definitely be back.

Nice vintage secure home

Its a very nice cimmunity in great location with access to a lot of things less than 10 min. Drive. Properry could use furnishing and decore update. As we checked in security guard was out patroling, so had to wait 15 min. Was worried how we would get in .. but turned out it was one ogg, we had easy access everytime after checkin. Propery manager is responding via VRBO onky. No phone or immidiate access, makes it harder and unnecessory anxity, hopefully ownwr will address the service gaps along wirh updates, would love to visit again.

The house is well equipped and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen is in very good condition. It is in a gated community with 24 hr security; we felt safe at all hours. Amenities and surroundings were very well maintained. We never lost power while there.

Very nice property in a safe neighborhood. Close to the beach and dining. I was expecting AC throughout the house and not just in the bedrooms. The bed was not comfortable.

Great economy stay in Luquillo

Quaint villa with basic necessities in a gated community for an enjoyable stay. Pool is in great condition and it is a short walk to the beach. Owners were very responsive during our stay.

Nice place for low budget vacation. House is clean. Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful pre-vacation and during our stay. Gated community feels safe and is friendly. Pool is in good condition and love being so close to the beach.

Great location. We felt very safe. House had everything we needed. Close to beach, shops, grocery stores. Perfect for families as there are a few playgrounds, pool and access to the beach/ ocean.

Peaceful place

I love your condo. My husband and I had the most peaceful time. This is our second time at the condo. Everything is closed by, the beach, pool, groceries, bakery, highway and kiosks. I will definitely stay here again.
