Great time at Aquatika

We loved our stay at Aquatika. The amenities and private beach were so amazing.We would definitely go back to stay here again.

Very cute laid back

We had a wonderful time at this property. The beach, pools and other activities at Aquatika are great, especially for kids. The check in process was easy, and accessing the property was very straightforward. They do have a gate/ guard, and it seemed very secure.There are some animals on the property(dogs, cats, chickens), which were all friendly and harmless. The unit has updated the bedroom furniture from some of the pictures on the listing, which were nice upgrades. Beds were very comfortable. Some of the kitchen items could use replacing. Overall, this was a great stay, and I would 100% stay at this unit again.

Convienient Location

Clean, spacious and convenient. 20-30 min away from SJ airport, 20-30 min away from El Yunque National Forest. Short drive to Ceiba to catch a water taxi to a beautiful Island. Lovely place to stay on the beach!

Great Getaway

The property was great, the complex was secure and the condo had everything you needed to enjoy the beach, pool or town. Communication with manager was also great.

Great property

If you plan on exploring Puerto Rico I highly recommend renting a car. The pools were beautiful as was the beach! The kids loved the water slide on saturdays!

Pleasant place with peaceful beache.

The place is good. With beach amenities and several pools! Including one with heated water. The beach is almost private and has bar next to it.

The property was not maintained The walls were scuffed and dirty, the kitchen and bathroom did not have adequate supplies, the air vents were hanging off the ceilings and walls, the outlets wére displaced. The bedsheets were threadbare and torn. The glass wear in the cabinet were unwashed. The TV's were not accessing any networks. The patio had only a table with stools The rest of the patio was empty with no furniture to sit. There was a personal size barbecue gril on the floor that was dirty. Family getaway

Loved that we had all the extras, like beach chairs and towels. More then enough in the kitchen to cook a nice breakfast or lunch before we explored for the day. Felt very safe with the security.

Family vacation in Paradise

We had a lovely time in Puerto Rico. The condo was very comfortable and the resort amenities were great. Carlos was a fine host and answered out questions quickly. His restaurant recommendations were a big help. We loved all the pools and would come again. It was perfect for a family.

The property was really nice. The pools and access to the beach were great. Perfect beach area to read, swim, sun bathe, relax. Nice gated property. I bit sketchy outside of the property. The unit itself was clean, but needed some updating. Good amount of space for our family of five. The owner, and property manager were very helpful and communicated in a very timely manner, really appreciated that. The one downside was the pack of dogs roaming the property. A bit intimidating at times.

Very nice resort

We really enjoyed the resort and location. Nice grounds, pools, and beach. The condo was very nice with extra amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, pool float tubes. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Only down side was the cleanliness of the kitchen and appliances.

Check in process was smooth, loved the complex, so many amazing things offered there and the beach access was great. Cleanliness of bathrooms and bedding was not good. There was other people hair all over in both bathrooms and other people hair in the sheets/pillow cases when we arrived. There were water issues going on, we had water the first 4 days and then didn’t have any for 2 days. I reached out to owner after 2 days of no water and he sent a message explaining and that told the times water was turned on during those 2 days (1 hour each) it would have been nice to have gotten the message sent to us sooner without having to ask so we would have known when the water was on for those one hours each day so we could’ve utilized it. The complex did have cistern tanks but they shut them off for a few days, so just be prepared you could or could not have water some of the time. Other than that it was the perfect size for a family of 8 and we enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were perfect for us, it was quiet and family friendly, and the balcony was great for relaxing on to eat ice cream or watch the kids in the pool. It was clean and we had the linens and kitchen things we needed. My kids loved the pools, but it would have been nice if more of the water cannons were maintained since the ones near our location didn't work and we had to move to a different pool to find some that functioned.

Cant wait to come back

My family loved our stay in Puerto Rico. The condo complex was beautiful. I loved the landscaping, pools, gates for entry to the complex and beach. The condo was on the second floor with a balcony viewing the pool. My only complaint is that the beds were not very cozy and a little hard.

Beautiful property. Definitely need a car as nothing is near by. The diner around the corner is only open friday to sunday. The small eatery inside the property is only open thursday to sunday. Aside from that. It is a beautiful stay. If you have a car Definitely stay here
