Welcome to your tropical escape, tucked away in the stunning Coco Beach Grand Reserve Golf and Country Club in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, with views of El Yunque National Rainforest.

This beautiful and spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private office, and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar with wine fridge, cozy living and dining areas, plus three balconies and a large terrace—perfect for morning coffee or sunset views.

This was our favorite VRBO stay of a long trip. This home is beautifully decorated and everyone wanted to stay longer. The outdoor spaces are inviting and the beds are so comfortable. This is a real winner - close to attractions but you won't want to leave the house!

Very nice home in a gated community within the Coco Beach resort and Hyatt Regency. Lots of room for our party of 8. Proximity to golf and the beaches is excellent. Golf cart, beach chairs, and coolers are supplied by the host. Neighborhood has a lot of full time residents so it’s quiet at night. The host, Princess, is very responsive. Overall, an excellent value and great property for large parties. I recommend.

We were held up at the car rental so we were hours later than planned and flustered and frustrated by the time we got there and couldn't remember how to get in. Princess responded quickly and got us in right away. Great help and wonderful location and amenities.

Great, responsive host, nice amenities included in the house, very comfortable for making meals to eat al fresco dining, and easy to make breakfast at our leisure. Loved the proximity to the secluded beach for strolling, and the house beach towels for use.

we really enjoyed our stay at this property. We used it as home base for all of our rain forest adventures. The host was fantastic and the house had everything we needed and more. Princess has an amazing check in packet that explains everything in great detail along with many suggestions for the area. We felt very secure as the house is on the resort grounds of the Hyatt Grand Reserve. There is a manned gate at the front of the property as well as another gate to enter the neighborhood. The location was great as we were able to get to Luquillo Beach and also El Yunque Rain Forest in less than 20 min. The house was very clean. The air conditioning worked great in every room. (The AC was turned off when we arrived, so we just turned them on and went to the local grocery store to grab supplies and when we got back, everything was cooled off). There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There is one bedroom downstairs and two bathroom. It made it easy to let them wife have the master bathroom while I used the other bathroom to shower since it was just outside our bedroom door. The living area with TV is upstairs. There is a ton of space on the different patios both upstairs and downstairs. Like I said, the house had everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs and a tent, there were a couple of ice chests that we used to go take drinks to the beach. We didn't use the golf cart but it was there. Would recommend this house!
