In the heart of downtown SJ minutes from the SJ Intl Airport, this spacious & fully furnished condo is within walking distance to neighboring Japantown restaurants, bars, and sights and short driving distance to downtown San Jose's San Pedro Square, SJSU, Convention center, and the SAP Center.

Beautifully designed 2-story loft style condo with gym, pool, and a balcony - very rare unit.

1200 sq. foot. 1 bedroom Loft with 2 baths!

Our Master Bedroom was just upgraded with a brand new QUEEN size bed with a luxury foam mattress. It's located upstairs and has a large walk-in closet.

Queen size comfy air mattress available front room located downstairs with sliding door and bathroom.

Spacious living room, with a large couch to sleep two people, -full kitchen, dining area and the loft is fully equipped with office desk and dual screen monitors.

High-speed wireless WiFi.

OLED 50" Smart TV screen (Netflix, Amazon, some news and sports channels).

Dishwasher, washer and dryer, hairdryer, garment steamer, iron with the iron board, printer, AC/heater/fan thermostat, multiple wardrobe sets and closest with hangers-.

Nespresso coffee machine.

Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, ice maker, tea starter, snacks and a variety of soft drinks.

Dedicated underground parking space in a secure garage below the unit - steps from the elevator.

VTA, BART, CalTrain, Santa Cruz Metro
are within 1-15min walk

Great property, fabulous location

I was in San Jose for a week for a work conference and stayed here instead of a hotel downtown. Such a good decision. Really great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Planning on doing the same thing next year!

Nice place not far from downtown

We appreciated Shannon greeting us and giving us recommendations for food. The place is clean, spacious and quiet. I slept very well in the very comfortable bed. It was a 10-15 minute walk to most downtown activities. I recommend it!

Very convenient to SJC airport. Very comfortable bed. Neighborhood OK. Loud train on tracks just behind condo. Not to mention the epidemic of homeless sleeping near the tracks but that is everywhere in California.

Nice condo, decent location

The condo was nice, but the location was a little far from downtown and with some questionable characters between the two. The hosts were super responsive with questions and we really mostly just slept here, so it worked out fine for that.

Nice place with parking!

The condo was nice and in a great location. Many personal items in the condo as the owner must come and go a lot. Cute place. A TV in the master would be nice but not a deal breaker.

BEAUTIFUL!

So clean and luxurious. A perfect get away for the weekend or business trip. The owners were very accommodating and very nice. Any minor problems I had they were right there to help. The nespresso machine is to die for and the queen bed is dangerous because you won't want to get up! :) The fire place is gas, but radiates enough heat to warm the entire living room space. So sit back and enjoy the luxury as well as the awesome Uverse with all the channels in the world! had an amazing time and I hope to return someday Soon. thanks Shannon! :)
