The house was fabulous! It was spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of. The backyard is enchanting. Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. This was a fabulous find!

The host is very accommodating at this beautiful little house in San Jose. She is quick to respond to messages. The house is beautifully decorated. The back yard is a beautiful lush garden where one can relax and enjoy all the visual treats and surprises which live there. The house is clean and well cared for. I highly recommend I highly recommended this rental.

My family drove down to spend Thanksgiving and the home was perfect. The check in process could not be any easier and the home is beautiful. We ordered a premade turkey dinner that needed to be heated, and every possible plate, pot and utensil was available we needed for nothing. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were well stocked. Also, the neighborhood is nice and central to everything. We had such a great stay I highly recommend this place!

If I could, I would give this home a ten. I’ve never rented a home that had everything you could need and more. The beds were great as were the showers. Would loved to have spent more time in the beautiful backyard. Most Impressive was how responsive and helpful our host Pam was. She made our stay exceptional. We will definitely be back.

This house was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning backyard that was perfect for coffee and reading in the morning or unwinding before bed at night. Pam was a gracious host who made everything very smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation house!

I stayed at Pam’s house over the 4th of July weekend with my wife and her parents. We had a great time! The house was very accommodating for two couples, and we hosted a family dinner for 7 people at the large table on the wonderful covered patio. The landscaping in the back yard was like something out of a magazine. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and had high quality appliances. The neighborhood was quiet, it felt safe, and it was centrally located for our day trips into San Francisco and elsewhere. Off-street parking was easy. There was a great fresh produce market and bakery a short walk away. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay. We would definitely rent from Pam again!

Awesome home & beautiful backyard

Amazing house and amazing owner! We’ve stayed here several times. The owner has recently made some excellent home improvements. Backyard is fantastic!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay - great kitchen and backyard and the neighborhood was in a good location too. You're very close to the freeway and walking distance to groceries, Walgreens, and other shops. We would definitely stay here again and Pam was a great host!

The perfect home for a small family gathering

Stayed her for our daughter’s wedding. Family of 4 adults. Lovely garden and seating area in back yard was where we spent all of our free time and gathered with some visitors. Pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen was just upgraded and was absolutely wonderful. House had all the amenities we could possibly need and Pam was excellent at responding to any questions. Neighborhood was great for taking walks. Considerate neighbors. House was immaculate. Would give it all 6 stars if I could and have stayed in many VRBOs.

Perfect home in San Jose that also allowed the doggies!

Just a lovely and perfect home in San Jose that also allowed us to bring the fur babies on a trip up to the south Bay Area for our son’s graduation. Lovely and VERY well stocked kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a great backyard. Really just perfect.

House near Los Gatos

We enjoyed our 2nd stay here just as much as the first time. Pam, the owner, is so nice and very responsive. Her flower gardens in the front and back are just beautiful. A very peaceful back patio.

LOVELY STAY IN CAMBRIAN NEIGHBORHOOD OF SAN JOSE

The house was very welcoming. A keycode was used for entry, which made checking in simple. We liked the layout of the house. The bedrooms were almost in another wing. One had an en-suite bathroom. The other room had a bathroom right outside. The larger bathroom had a tub. The kitchen was small, but very usable. There were lots of dishes and silverware and enough pots and pans. The gas stove top was great and electric oven worked well. My favorite part of the house was outdoors. There was a large covered patio with fun, eclectic chairs and a table for about 8. In the middle of the yard, accessible by a paved sidewalk was another sitting area with comfortable, cushioned furniture with a fire pit. The yard was lined with lovely flowering plants and a large privacy fence was in place. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood seemed safe. There were 2 couples and one small dog and the house worked out great for us. We were there 3 weeks.

joining our son for a 3wk stay in suburban San Jose at a great house

The house was a perfect size for the four us.--my husband ,myself and our son and his wife. There are two very private bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom which I really appreciate.. Each bedroom had its own TV. There was a large screen tv in the living room. The living room and dining room (with seating for 8) had floor to ceiling glass doors leading to the a lovely outside covered patio. The patio had eclectic fun furniture with propane heater. There is another large dining are on the patio. There is a very comfortable seating area in the yard with a large fire pit.. The yard is enclosed by a very private fence. The fence is lined with unusual plants and a lemon tree.. Everything was contained in the backyard , so our little dog could be outside soaking up the sun without a leash. The kitchen is compact with reasonable equipment for cooking. The stove top has gas burners with an electric oven and a somewhat confusing microwave. There is also a very handy full size washer and driver. Pam, the owner and manager was very responsive. Unfortunately. the garbage disposal died on our second day causing the sink to back up and the kitchen to flood. Pam had a plumber there the next day to take care of it. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again! BTW, lots of parking and markets within walking distance. A Trader Joe's', and Whole Foods a short drive away. Also, very reasonable internet service. My son worked remotely on the computer and had no isssues.

A pleasant and comfortable home

We enjoyed a family Christmas in this pleasant home and luckily we’re able to spend time in the sunny garden patio as well. Was convenient and easily accessible for elderly.

Everything you expect - and more!

A wonderful experience with all the necessities plus extras! The photos accurately depict what you might mistake for an exaggerated view - not at all! Beautiful place with lots of room - ready to enjoy a cup of coffee or a bottle of Napa wine. Great floor plan and two bathrooms make for a luxurious experience! No negatives.
