La struttura è in posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria di palazzo reale-Orleans, praticamente 200 mt a piedi (comodissima per chi viene in aereo dall’aeroporto di punta Raisi), alla fermata dell’autobus per Monreale. "First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. "My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions.
