"El personal muy cordial en todo, nos ayududaron con algunas dudas y todas las mañanas nos llevaron cafe. El hotel muy bonito todos los detalles son lindos, las habitaciones muy comodas y no se escucha nada las que dan a la calle. Este tipo de hoteles me gustan son pequeños pero tienen todo y la etencion es muy personalizada. Por ultimo la ubicacion es muy buena, recomiendo se hospeden en este lugar cale la pena 100% "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our apartment had two bedrooms with beautiful view from the private terrace. The hotel has excellent location in the old town and all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was great with many options. Our room was kept clean and tidy all the time. Fanny the manager and all the staff were very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Lovely old building which has been modernised well. In the most incredible location and walking distance to most of the main must do sites. Huge choice of restaurants and bars very close by. Buzzy, fun area. As a person who needs natural daylight I found our studio room a little gloomy but we spent so little time there during the day it really didn't matter too much. Gianlucca the property manager was an absolute superstar and couldn't have been more accommodating. Palermo is the most wonderful...
