"Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up.
Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...

"We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Lake Garda and it was everything we hoped for and more!
From the communication before our stay to the cleanliness, facilities and overall experience, everything was fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful boutique feel, making it feel like a real treat, with stunning views that made our stay even more special.

"Das Mobilhome war genau die richtige Wahl, für uns 2 Personen mit Hund.
Die Unterkunft hat Hotelkomfort, sowie eine ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Gardasee.
Der Campingplatz hat auch ein eigenes Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt.
Wir kommen wieder. Danke"

"This is a small boutique residence in the heart of the town. Modernized to a high standard in an old and closed to traffic street, don’t try to take your car to the property!!
Good parking 5 minutes walk away and stairs in the property- so leave your heavy cases in the car.
Super friendly and helpful staff and steps away from downtown.
Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊"
