Alicante Villa With Air-con and A Private Pool With Large Secure Tiled Sun Area

  • You are renting the ground floor part of the villa next to the swimming pool. It will be private for your use only as no one lives in the top part of the villa which is not for rent and is locked up with my personal belongings in.
    The villa is in a private estate called La Escuera in La Marina; all the villas in this estate are significant and have a 1000 sqm plot. I am renting my four-bedroom, 2 Bathroom guest accommodation with fIbre WIFI, you will have the villa to yourself. Due to the villa's size, it has a large area for sunbathing, swimming, relaxing, all on one level.
    I have had a new pool fitted in 2026. Walls surround the whole area, so it is very secure and private, although you are very close to everything. There are two large parasols and a gazebo. All the rooms have hot and cold air-con there is three coin operated meters, one in the lounge, one operates the two double bedrooms and one operated to two twin bedrooms. They take one or two euro coins. The coins last a long time, this is there so the units are not left on 24hrs a day. All rooms have remote control Ceiling fans. When i go i hardly need the air con as the marble floor keeps the villa cool.
    The villa has everything you need. You walk out your front door, and the pool is right in front of you. It is all on ground level. There is lots of garden furniture and eight sunbeds. Next to the pool is the perfect place for an early evening barbecue. Or venture out to the town for a lovely meal. You can buy portable BBQ’s in the local hardware shop in the village then just throw in the bin outside after use, please do not put wipes down the toilet as it blocks the drains.

    I recommend hiring a car as I love to go into Alicante town on a night out and to Torrevieja to visit the evening market, and it is just easier to get around.
    However, if you just want a relaxing holiday around the pool, then Lynn will pick you up. La Marina town is a 15 min walk where you can find loads of bars and restaurants.
    Due to the villa's popularity, the check out time is 10am, and the agent needs to get it ready for the next guests arriving at 4 pm. If you have a late flight home, it is recommended booking the villa for an extra night. If you need any help with a pick up from the airport or car hire let me know and i can recommend you the best and cheapest.

Excellent villa with great facilities plenty of room for all seven of us and a fabulous pool to relax and cool down in on the hot days.Easy walk to the restaurants and local bars.Check in and key collection was well managed and easy with really good communication from the Villa management and the owner .We had a great time and would definitely stay again

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks with a family of 7 adults and children we found it clean tidy had everthing that you needed for everyone to enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday for all mixed ages everyone enjoyed the pool credit to the owner for keeping it so nice agents who handle the keys are great to.lovely place derick.thanks for a lovely holiday.

We rented the bottom part of the villa next to the pool. it has a massive area with a stunning pool and BBQ. it had 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the villa was well looked after with everything we needed. we had a car so it was easy to get around. we will be going back again soon. great villa

Wonderful Villa

This is the second time we have booked this villa. It's clean, comfortable, all the amenities work brilliantly. The pool is amazing and the changing colours at night brought a lot of joy to my teenagers' night swims. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. La Marina itself is quiet and relaxed, but a lot of choices to eat out.Definitely worth hiring a car to explore the coast and go to waterparks. We will definitely be back.

On a loué la villa d`un étage (comme sur la photo), mais a l`arrivé ce n`est que le riz de chaussé, l`étage est fermé, et ce n`est pas précisé dans l`annonce. Et on a été surpris par la présence de cafares. Mais comme même on a pu profiter de la piscine.

Beautiful Villa. Excellent Customer service

Stunning villa great out door space that was well maintained. A beautiful pool that the children didn’t want to leave meaning a very relaxing break for the adults as we didn’t need to leave often. Any requests we made during our stay (extra bedding, pool lights instructions) were responded to quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Communication from the start was without fault. Do not however, park on the yellow lines outside. Spanish police are mean!!!

A fabulous villa!

I visited here with family, 6 of us in total, and we all really enjoyed ourselves! The villa is amazing, so much space! The outdoor area is huge with plenty of sun beds for resting, and also great for entertaining whilst cooking on the barbecue. The pool is great too when you want to cool off. Inside, the villa is superbly presented and immaculate. Two bathrooms meant we had no arguments over who went first! Everything was clean, well looked after and we were provided with everything that we might need. Just a short drive or walk away, you will find shops, restaurants and bars in a super chilled, sunny part of town, or you can go a little further afield for more activities and fun! Overall, we were so impressed by the villa, the cleanliness, space, outdoor area and privacy of it meant that we had a great holiday and will be looking to return again! Thank you so much for a great, relaxing stay.

Traumhafter Pool...

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa.. Vorab, der Pool ist wahnsinn.. die Kids und wir Erwachsenen haben Ihn jeden Tag bis spät in den Abend genossen. Das Haus an sich bietet Platz für alle. Wir haben uns allerdings so gut wie nicht drin aufgehalten. Die Küchenausstattung ist leider etwas spatanisch, z.B. es gab leider nur eine Frenchpress zum Kaffee kochen, für so viele Leute leider etwas wenig. Ebenfalls gab es ein paar unschöne Ecke im Haus. Wir empfehlen auf jedenfall ein Auto, sonst sind die Wege zum Strand etc. etwas weit. Alles in allem hatten wir einem schönen Aufenthalt.

Gorgeous villa near Alicante, with great pool, very private

The property is huge, the part you rent is the ground floor which has great access for anyone who doesn't cope well with stairs. The villa is so much larger than it looks, all the bedrooms are double rooms, very spacious and comfortable. The air con is really good, just remember a few 1 euro coins to keep it going if you need it. The whole place is completely private, which is so refreshing, it is very quiet and peaceful, loads of space. The beach is a short drive away, I recommend going late afternoon when it is not too hot. There are loads of restaurants a short walk or a few minutes drive away, so you don't have to cook at all if you don't want to, although the kitchen is large and fully equipped if you want to. I would recommend this place, it's large enough for 2 families to share and you won't be stepping on each others toes.

Lovely villa with a great host

We stayed in Derrick's villa for 2 weeks at the end of July/beginning of August. We were a family of 5 for the first week, and had 3 adult family members join us for the second week. The villa was a great size for us as a 5 but still a fantastic size for us as an 8. The outside area in particular was really spacious with a round, social table that fit us all comfortably, and sunbeds for us all. The pool was a really lovely temperature and well maintained by the pool man twice a week, so it was lovely and clean. We had 2 rental cars the second week, and were able to park both of them on the gravel so that they were secured on villa grounds. We normally stay in Quesada, but found that the location of this villa was perfect, being closer to the airport and beach, with great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Thank you Derrick

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa, and I can't recommend it enough! The villa itself was stunning—beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. Every room was spotless, and all the appliances were in perfect working condition, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight for us, especially with the beautiful lights that made evening swims so magical. We also loved that the beach was just a quick 7-minute drive away, with plenty of parking available, making it easy to spend our days by the sea. The WiFi signal was excellent, even reaching out to the table by the pool, which meant we could relax outside while staying connected. We also appreciated the convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine, which made our stay feel just like home. A special mention must go to Derrick, who was an outstanding host. He was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, making our experience all the more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and can't wait to return!

The only bad with this apartment was air con. We need coins and it only work in 2 hours. Thats not good for the air con, with all start and stip, and its not good for us. We Can rent this apartment again, if the air con Can work so much as we want, and it will be cheaper for the owner when you dont have all this start and stop. The air con will live longer
