$10 parking fee is charged, however, there is very limited parking. The front desk personnel (who seems to have been the manager) seemed flippant about the fact that parking may not be available. Basically saying that is all they have. At check in the front desk personnel (who seems to be the manager) did not explain that the card that was presented would only be used for incidentals.
This resulted in the wrong credit card being charged.
When the hotel was booked expedia listed the property as having breakfast. While technically correct, what they provide is prepackaged mini muffins or bearclaws. Nothing fresh and no beverages.
Expedia lists the properties amenities as having a vending machine. However, the vending machine was empty and wouldn't provide a refund. When the front desk was notified they said they would provide a refund "in the morning". However, we had to check out early. It wasn't until I called the next day to complain that the manager stated he would refund the card on file.
While the manager did eventually reverse the charges on the wrong card he was neither pleasant nor friendly. There are numerous hotels near SFO with more amenities and one can only assume friendlier staff. When booking a hotel I would look elsewhere.
