It was awesome! Our family of 7 all had a wonderful time. Dinner on the rooftop was amazing, walking to the beach was fantastic, everything was clean, great toys for the kids in the garage. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great beach vacation!

Great place to stay, very close to beach! Only thing I can say is there is no comfortable couch. We would not get comfortable on the futon that was there to watch the Dodgers games. Other than that it was great.

This was a great location. Steps from the beach! And it was a 2 bedroom 2 bath which is hard to find. And a private rooftop deck is pretty awesome! It also had a balcony as well where you can sit and watch the waves.Looks like they did charge me a cleaning fee however, even though we spent a good amount of time cleaning upon exit.

It was a great long weekend. Had all amenities needed. Met the manager and she was great. Place felt and looked very clean,( futon could use an update). Place was safe and quiet, despite high college area. Great location, a quick hop to the beach and food options! Would stay here again.

Maurice has amazing communication. The place was nice and walking distance to many restaurants and of course its about 50ft to the beach which was amazing.

Everything was perfect. The owner and caretaker was super friendly and efficient. I will definitely be renting this property again. Right on the beach and so close to good coffee and food

Great Location

My family and I spent a week enjoying a great view of the ocean from the rooftop and kitchen balcony. Very short walk to Mission Beach. We felt safe the whole time and loved how close we were to restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

Great location! Fast communication!

This property was everything my family and I were looking for. The location is perfect, the rooftop patio was fabulous. Maurice was fast to respond & accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Steps away from Pacific Beach

We had a great stay at this location. Our furst time renting a home. Alot of room for our whole family. We enjoyed being walking distance from restaurants and the beach. The rooftop patio was great for chillin and viewing. We will definitely stay again.

This unit was exactly as laid out in the description. Remarkably clean. Had extras we were not expecting such as beach toys, chairs and equipment. Maurice, the host, was amazing. Quick to reply and helpful with anything we needed. The rooftop was the best and is where we spent our evenings eating dinner and drinking wine. Very relaxing. The balcony was perfect for breakfast. Not listed but was fantastic was the taco shop at the end of the street. About a block away. Can't beat tacos and a beach combo. Thank you Maurice for allowing us to have a great birthday weekend.

Great Beach Property

This place has an amazing roof top deck. And being one block behind the boardwalk means the boardwalk and beach party noise is nearly non-existent.

Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit has had many upgrades since the photos were posted online. Second floor balcony extended with glass walls, in addition to glass walls on the rooftop. Amazing views for both second and third floor. Perfect for a family of four. Or Subaru Oatback fit comfortably in the garage in addition to a couple of bikes. The area is very safe and easy walk to restaurants and just steps to the beach.

Family getaway

This VRBO was perfect for our young families stay. The location was unbeatable, walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with things we used. Overall the unit was clean, comfortable and big enough for myself, my husband and my three children.

Great Location

The location was exactly as advertised and exactly what our group wanted. 100 feet from boardwalk and beach. The property was clean but small for 6 adults. Would be great for 2-4 adults & 2-4 children.

The selling point is obviously the 10 seconds walk to the beach. For 12 days, we enjoyed awesome weather and super easy access to Mission Beach. The penthouse is great for a couple, even for hosting local friends for a daytime barbecue. The roof deck is super spacious and has tons of seating for hosting. The place was clean and caught the ocean breeze, even had AC if it ever got too hot. Our pup loved sitting on the living room deck and watching the strandway.
