The space
With beautiful views of the Laguna Mountains and all the chill resort vibes you could ask for, this home is an absolute stunner. Whether you're spending the day by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or lounging under the tiki bar with a drink in hand, this place is all about unwinding in style. There’s plenty of cozy corners to relax and enjoy.

Whether you're lounging on the dreamy outdoor cabana bed, having dinner by the fire-lit dining table, or enjoying quality time with family and friends, this backyard is made for unforgettable nights. We’ve got pool toys, selfie walls, sun loungers, ping pong, and even cornhole. When the sun goes down, the whole space lights up with magical LED lighting. It’s pure vacation mode.

Inside, it’s just as comfy and welcoming. The living room looks out over the pool and has a Smart TV with full cable-perfect for movie nights or catching the game. The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone who loves to cook or just snack in style, with everything from a smart fridge to a breakfast bar and a gorgeous marble dining table. There’s even a pass-through window to the patio bar, so you’re never far from the fun!

When it’s time to crash, the main house has four cozy bedrooms:
* Primary Suite: King bed + twin rollaway
* Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk bed
* Bedroom 3: Comfy queen bed
* Bedroom 4: Three twin beds-perfect for the kids or group

There’s a second bathroom with a big walk-in shower and sleek vanity to make getting ready easy for everyone.

Bringing the whole crew? We've got you covered with an attached studio suite that feels like its own mini home. Enjoy complete privacy from the rest of the group with a king bed, fireplace, Smart TV, dining area, deluxe kitchenette, full bath, and a private entrance. It even has its own sliding door out to the backyard-ideal for someone wanting a little extra space.

This home has been completely redone with modern, colorful touches inside and out. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and a stone's throw away from the freeway to explore San Diego.

Guest Access:
You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the backyard and guest studio.

Other things to note:
* We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.

* The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

* This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.

* Hosting an event? Let us know in advance-approval and extra fees apply.

* Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free

* A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.

* After 14 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.

* Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.

* Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
