Kitchen didn’t have enough cleaning supplies for washing dishes. Leftover food in cabinets was a little weird- hadn’t experienced that before. The person who we were supposed to check in did not answer his phone until the 2nd-3rd try every call. He also failed to mention that we needed to pay for parking in the lot across the street and we never even came close to passing the machine so we received a parking f ticket the first night. He offered to reimburse but we politely declined- but adding that detail to the property description would’ve helpful. The homeless population were a lot closer than we thought and ICE agents were outside of our front property door- both of those are why I rated the stay “okay.” Unfortunately both are out of your co tell, but not ideal for a getaway.

The view is amazing and the unit was comfortable. The parking was a little confusing at first, but once you figure that part out it’s fine. The key fob takes a bit of time to unlock the door as well. We were a bit surprised by all the homeless people surrounding the area outside, so we didn’t feel safe walking to many places. All in all we had a great trip and the hosts were excellent and friendly. We were close to everything we wanted to do and would definitely stay here again.

The place had pretty views and was fairly clean overall, though the bathroom wasn't swept well. The location is great-easy to walk to and from the Gaslamp area. However, check-in and parking instructions were confusing (as other guests have also mentioned). When we called via the Butterfly system for help, the host responded in an upset tone saying "it's unlocked," which was uncomfortable.The worst part was after checkout - the host called us multiple times around 10:00 PM accusing us of lying about leaving and not following their checkout instructions, even though we had already left the keys in the unit as directed. The communication was unprofessional, emotional, and unnecessarily confrontational.

Unit is as advertised. Very clean and bright. Living areas are compact but well laid out. Bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are very nice. Surprisingly quiet at night and overall given the urban setting. Quickly walkable to the marina district and gas lamp, although the East village is not a place that one wants to walk around. The building itself feels very safe.

Wonderful apartment with lots of bells & whistles!

The apartment was great! It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there were coffee filters for the coffee machine as well as coffee in the cabinet. Also, it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Our grandson loved the game room- the bowling and arcade games were a hit. The location was fabulous.

Accurate photographs and clean!

The building is very new and condo was clean. Beds are comfy. The owners were easy to communicate with. It was nice to have some basics in the kitchen, like oil, sugar, coffee filters, etc. Thanks for a great stay for my family with three kids, 13,11, and 8!
