Soak up the San Diego sunshine on the enclosed patio outside this private boutique room in a classic Italian-built home. All the doors, windows and bath vanities are imported from Italy. Quiet, safe, and convenient, this room features a private en suite bathroom and all the amenities expected from an upscale hotel. Extra-soft towels and bath robes, soft cotton sheets, plenty of down-alternative pillows, and you will love how comfortable the Queen-size bed is! The room has a Keurig coffee maker and pods, and a mini-fridge. There is a barbeque on the patio with all the utensils you will need to cook your meals.

It's about 20 minutes to the beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. Downtown is easily accessible along with the zoo, wild animal park, and Sea World.

Villa B is adjacent to Villa A, providing an ideal arrangement for two couples travelling together. Villa B is the smaller of the two, with a chest of drawers, Keurig coffee maker and pods, refrigerator/freezer, a dedicated bath and a small closet. TV with Roku streaming channels and Wi-Fi high-speed internet are also available. Luxury appointments such as 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases, both down and down-alternative non-allergenic pillows, 100% down comforter or 100% cotton comforter upon request, extra soft towels, and two comfortable bathrobes.
