Very quick response and friendly host. Location is very good and the deli at the street is very convenient and delicious sandwiches. House is roomy lots of space and two bathrooms. Only thing is there is no ac but not bad with the fans and windows open. The house has everything for the beach. Great time there . Look forward to staying agin

Perfect for family with young kids

Was a home away from home for our family with young kids. Stocked with kid friendly items as well as adult items. The kids loved exploring the Bay, the Ocean and parks within walking distance. We definitely will be repeat visitors.

Location location location

My two kids and I stayed for 5 nights and loved it! Right in between the bay and the beach, close to restaurants and a market within 100 feet. It's a large house so we had plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Family Thanksgiving

Family from New York met family from San Diego to celebrate Thanksgiving including walks on the beach, putt putt golf, board games, gazing at the sunsets, and enjoying lots of food.

Perfect for our family

My family and I stayed a week and it was really great. Perfect location! Our kids really enjoyed the sand toys and we loved how close we were to the beach and bay! Terri was a great host! Thank you!

This place was everything and more. From exactly to what you expected via the listing and photos to the very generous host Terri, who let me check in 3 hrs earlier than usual since my flight landed in the morning. Terri has exceptional communication with her clients and I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting San Diego. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great Rental!

This place was perfect for my husband and me. It was very clean, excellent location, quiet. Great patios to hang out on and just a bike ride or walk away from all the hot spots. I would definitely recommend this place. An added bonus is that the owner is absolutely wonderful and is very responsive. Thank you!

Great Location!

The home was clean and the listing was accurate! The house is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. Having a garage to park our rental car in was super convenient!! The owners have thought about all the needs for those renting the home. We will definitely rent this place again!

Excellent location!

This property was everything that was advertised. The location was perfect between the ocean and bay. Restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience store were steps away. It was very clean. Terri, the owner, was very easy to talk to and she got things done fast! We will be back.

Beach House

The house is amazing! It seems huge for a 2 bedroom. My family of 6 did not feel cramped at all. 2 bathrooms with showers was a huuuge plus.We road bikes, spent time on the beach and the bay. I highly recommend you bring bikes and just leave the car parked as much as possible. The garage is spacious

Fantastic!!!!

We enjoyed 4 nights in this fabulous home. It has real character and great spaces inside and out to enjoy. The kitchen is very equipped and the bed very comfortable Tbe location is fantastic- loads of great places to eat literally on the door step.. The garage is a great size and fitted our rental suv easily. Everything for the beach is there in the garage. Highly recommend for a stay in san diego- we hope to return again soon! Terri is grrat - always on hand if required.All instructions and directions were clear and easy to follow which really helped as we were travelling from the UK

A fun place to gather family together.

It was a roomy, well-maintained house, in a great location convenient (walking a short distance) to both mission bay and mission beach as well as to restaurants and most importantly just steps to the Better Buzzed Coffee place and the Olive Cafe. It was also a convenient starting place to drive up to La Jolla and Del Mar. My siblings and I had fun also just watching tv together in the spacious and comfortably furnished living room. The balcony off one of the bedrooms is a bonus! And up the spiral stairs from it is another rooftop balcony where one can enjoy the views and ocean air and the fireworks from Seaworld. Thanks to Terri for opening up her home!

Great stay

This place was great. We had everything we needed and then some. It is right next to a great coffee shop and a very short walk to olives. We enjoyed many nights on the patio watching the fireworks. We will definitely try and stay here again.
