This newly renovated duplex home in Linda Vista offers guests a luxurious and comfortable stay in one of San Diego`s most desirable neighborhoods. With a total of 850 square feet, the home has a spacious feel and offers plenty of room to relax and unwind.
The living room area is combined with the kitchen, creating an open-concept space that is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with everything guests need to cook a gourmet meal. The living room features a large sofa and a 4-seater dining table, making it a great place to gather with friends or family. The living room is also equipped with a 65-inch 4k Smart TV, providing guests with endless entertainment options.
The master bedroom is a true oasis, boasting a comfortable king-size bed and a 50-inch 4k Smart TV. The bedroom also features double closets, offering plenty of storage space for guests. AC standing unit has been put in for the summer !!!! The 1 bed has its own private bathroom, which has been completely renovated and features modern fixtures and finishes.
The home is also equipped with a large washer and dryer, making it easy for guests to do laundry during their stay. Street parking is available right outside the home, providing guests with easy access to their vehicle.

The home is withing 2 miles from the sharp Memorial/Rady childrens Hospital, and USD campus.

The home is fully renovated but we are working on redoing the back yard and it will be ready by the end of January. There are RING cameras on the property outside the home for security purposes only. There is plenty of street parking and private parking available.
The recently renovated home now features a newly finished backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor table and chairs for guests to enjoy. For security, RING cameras are installed outside the property. Private parking and street parking are both available. AC unit recently installed for the summer only in the bedroom. Cold nights await you. Thanks for staying with us at the 2754 Nye Home.
-We have wall heaters for heat. To turn them on simply use the thermostat for the desired temperature. Please remember to turn them OFF when you leave the house as they will shut down as a safety precaution and they need to be reset. -These homes have No AC, we use the fans to cool down the house. -Please park on the street right in front of the door to the house, if it`s not available there is plenty of street parking available as it`s a residential neigborhood. -The Internet and WIFI password are on the ROUTER, please locate the router to connect to the internet. -Trash cans are located around the other adjacent unit 2756 Nye street at the bottom of the driveway under the cover. -please NO Parties or excessive noise after 10pm, be respectful to the neighbors and observe the QUITE hours after 10pm. -We are working on Renovating the BACK yard. This will take place during the month of January 2022 and we anticipate it will take a month or so and working hours will be from 7am to 4pm. -the unit next door 2756 Nye street is also an AIR BNB so please be respectfull of who ever stays there. If there are any noise issues please contact us to help you with them. -If there are any questions, concerns or issues please contac us and we will try to get back to you within the hour. If after hours issues (11pm to 6am) please wait until the next day or if you have an emergency, please call 911. Guests Booking with VRBO/Direct website please fill out the ONLINE CHECK IN FORM, the host reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has not completed the online-check in form.

Home Sweet Almost Home
We stayed for several weeks while our home was undergoing repairs. We felt "at home". Kitchen well equipt for cooking, VERY comfortable king size bed, nicely decorated, plenty of storage, nice linens and sweet back yard for grilling or letting our pup soak up the sun. Definitely recommend!

Pleasant stay
Property was exactly what we needed to travel as a family to enjoy our sons gradation from the Marine Corps boot camp. A little hiccup with the code to check in but honestly that was it. It would have been nice to have a sheet of information to know where to put the garbage but the property manager answered our text right away. We enjoyed our stay! It’s was just what we needed! Thank you, we would definitely recommend to others and with a large Marine Corps family with weekly gradations we will.
