The Pineapple Suite, Whitewater Views steps to Sand

Newly renovated, fully furnished and stocked apartment steps to the San Clemente beach and trail. Overlook white water views from the roof top deck!

This tri-level home accommodates family and friends well.
The first level is kitchen and living room which has a queen air mattress. Second level consists of open master king bedroom with office and balcony, bathroom, and laundry room. Third level is a loft (which is the 2nd bedroom) with a bunkbed, that leads out to the roof top deck.

Please note the 2nd bedroom loft is open air to the master bedroom, there is no wall or partition.

Also note, there are 3 flights of steps up to the main entrance, then another two in order to get up to the roof top access.

Host was very responsive. Home was fully stocked. Property is a bit worn and could use some fresh paint and touch ups. Bedroom and loft are in the same area so no privacy there. Just didn’t notice that in the listing pictures. Lots of stairs to navigate (over 50 of them) so if carrying large luggage or have physical limitations that may be something to consider. No a/c so if it’s warmer weather that may be an issue. We don’t sleep with doors open and were uncomfortable for only one night of our stay. Deck up stairs was wonderful! Beautiful view. Overall it was a good stay. At time of visit access to the beach was closed for construction so we had to walk about 15 minutes to another access point.

The location was perfect - a 15 minute walk to town and the beach trail is also very close. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The rooftop also offers a gorgeous view of the water and we were able to spend some time there soaking in the sun in the quiet neighborhood.

Great location!

Steps to the beach. We loved having coffee and breakfast on the rooftop patio and looking at the ocean. Also loved all the beach gear! So so nice to have everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable and we all slept great. As said before - lots of stairs but we didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again!

San Clemente made easy

This property is roomy and comfortable. The roof deck is a wonderful space.It's not handicapped accessible; It's 42 stairs from the street to the front door and then two flights up to the roof. The parking is ok for short vehicles, but a Suberban would not fit.

So great!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pineapple Suite! It was clean and comfortable. There ARE a lot of stairs. 41 to the front door! More once you are in the unit. Living area and updated kitchen on level one, bathroom, laundry and king bed on level two, and bunk beds and access to the awesome rooftop deck on level 3. This was not an issue for us, but would be for someone with mobility challenges. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. (The walk down is a little steep, but paved and well maintained) The neighborhood is very nice and seemed very safe. The unit did have a few things that could be updated, but for the price and the location we were very happy! The owner was so great to make sure we were comfortable and even sent recommendations for places to eat nearby.

Great little place just off the beach. Great location.

Super close to beach and walking trail. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery within a few miles. Lovely stay. There are a lot of stairs, which was noted in the listing. A little older than I expected- needs a few updates and would be top notch.

Lovely stay, great value!

Lovely, spacious unit in a beautiful neighborhood just down the street from the beach. We loved the rooftop patio, romantic balcony off the bedroom, and the small yard with a fire pit! Edmund is a kind and communicative host. Thank you for an awesome stay!
