We are walking distance to the beach and Del Mar Street, you will be central to all the attractions and walking distance to multiple wedding venues. Had a blast in San Clemente! Unit is very nicely decorated and you can tell there was a personal touch. The place was comfortable and we loved the front patio. The kitchen was spacious! Comfy couch to watch tv and movies. Parking spot in the driveway a huge plus. Touches of a complimentary bottle of wine and popcorn were appreciated. Everything seemed updated. Safe neighborhood and quiet. Steep and narrow driveway it is tight with a full size SUV or truck. Beautiful hills in the neighborhood for walks. Nice park around the corner. Walk to the beach down some hills would be tough for a family but we ended up driving over to city beach by the pier and enjoyed it. We loved staying here and would definitely return. Hosts were very communicative and available if we needed anything.

Christmas in San Clemente

We had a lovely 2 night stay over Xmas with my husband, 2 grown sons and dog. The unit was comfortable, clean and cute! We enjoyed walking to the beach and along the beach walking path.

Really Great Vacation Rental

This property is everything it’s advertised to be, with no drawbacks. The interior is very clean and up-to-date. The furniture and beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed and all set for anything you might like to prepare. We found this place to be quiet and peaceful. Being there in the summer on the palisades made for very nice dining on the shaded front deck. A walk to the beach is only fifteen minutes. There is one parking space for this unit, close enough to the front door that carrying things in is no struggle. The host family left a clear and friendly book of tips and guidelines that made us feel right at home. This is a great place to stay. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo

First and foremost, the beds in this place are heavenly! We all commented on the comfort of the beds and bedding. This place is well thought out, perfectly beachy themed and has everything you need. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t spend a lot of time indoors, but the sitting area has quite comfortable couches and the porch had 2 great areas to sit outside and enjoy the view. 5 stars all the way!

Parking can be an issue if you have more than one car. There is only space for one car in the driveway and the street parking fills up quickly.

Close to Del Mar!

We had a great stay at this “close to Del Mar” shopping & restaurants. Loved the location and greatly appreciated all the little extra perks left as welcoming gifts! Wes was very helpful to us on figuring out the TV controller (which was different than ours) but easy once he explained. Appreciated the laundry room @the corner of patio. Would recommend this VRBO and hope to return! Thanks for a great stay!!

Cozy beach getaway

Cozy 2 bedroom unit. Quiet neighborhood with elementary school and park a few blocks away. Steep driveway. Wonderful and responsive hosts. Would stay here again.

Lovely Accommodation

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in August. We were very impressed with the friendly interactions with the owners who checked in on us the day of the historic tropical storm Hilary. The house is clean and bright with a large outdoor deck space. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. It was an 8 minute walk to the beach and there was a free trolley stop close to the house. Restaurants in the town area are also within walking distance. We highly recommend this house as a great place to stay when you are visiting San Clemente.

Cute, clean and well-stocked!

The home was perfect for my family of four and our pup! The decor was cute and beach-themed, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The laundry room was super convenient and had everything we needed. The large, fenced patio sits well above the street giving it a more secluded feel and a better view. It was definitely my dog’s favorite spot to hang out and people watch and was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. There’s a charming free trolley that takes you around town and you can walk to two of its stops from the home. The driveway was narrow and tricky to maneuver but there was ample street parking as an alternative. The beach is a longer walk (for a nice sandy area for the kids to play) or a short drive or trolley ride away. Tons of nearby restaurants. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the great location, updated two bedroom, one bath!

Initially, we were surprised to see one bathroom when two bathrooms were listed on the heading on-line. However, it turned out to be fine for our family of four. We loved the beautiful updated kitchen and the kids loved all the netflix, apple TV was a huge bonus. It was the PERFECT location to San Clemented North Beach, a 4 minute drive! Also, great communication with the owners. We enjoyed a great little vacation for our family! Thank you!

San Clemente Holiday

We were here visiting our son, who is a U. S. Marine. This location was perfect for us. Close to everything and very clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Will definitely use this company again.

Short vacay

Easy to book, close to beach, place had a great beach vibe. After check in, we were going to prepare a meal. We were checking on silverware. Several knives had stuck on food on them. We washed them, but aside from that, it was a great stay!

Perfect

This home was perfect for me and my Marine son and his wife. It was clean and had all the amenities so we were able to stay in and cook for ourselves giving my son some much needed rest relaxation.
