Had everything you could possibly want! Super comfortable and tastefully decorated. Hot tub was awesome. We used the games, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The beds and linens were very comfortable, even the pullout couch! Kitchen also had everything you need and want, even a multicooker. It was so nice to walk to dinner on Del Mar rather than trying to find a parking spot for our big car. We will definitely go back! Cathy and Pete were very friendly and helpful. They are pros!

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the surrounding area. Beach. Food. Sight-seeing. Having a bedroom for the kids was great. Gear for the beach was a nice plus. Very happy with our stay.

5 Star!!!!

I can’t say enough about this place. They have all the amenities you need for the beach!! Perfect for a family getaway!!! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, jogging trails and sites. The property is clean with a great patio to drink coffee in the morning and relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit. If you are looking g for a worry free, fun and clean getaway, this is perfect.

Where Do I Begin?!?

This was hands down the best property we have ever stayed at. The unit had everything we needed and more! They truly have thought of everything! It was in a great location within walking distance to all of the cute shops and restaurants. There was a arts and crafts show across the street (every first saturday of the month) and the Farmer's Market on Sundays. So many things to do in the area and within walking distance of the beach. We had no complaints about the place and have already recommended it to all of our friends. The only problem is we don't want everyone to know about this hidden secret so we can come back!!! The hosts were amazing and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best piece of San Clemente

We loved everything about our stay! Location was lovely and within walking distance of every great restaurant, shop, coffee shop, library and beach near by. The view was breathtaking every night. A must stay for anyone visiting San Clemente! The house was perfect for our family of 5 and small dog. The kid loved all the games and jacuzzi time here! Can’t wait to tell our our family and friends about it.

Stunning Condo in a Spectacular Location!

From beginning to end, the Owners and Management Team were kind, professional, patient, understanding, accommodating and flexible! We absolutely loved the condo, especially its amenities and of course, the location. There was even a Trolly stop on either side of the street directly in front of the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and its amenities. What made the experience over-the-top amazing were the people. The Owner and Management Team were so down-to-earth and helpful. They pivoted when we reached out every single time. There were TVs in each room, the Hot Tub was phenomenal on the balcony, the grill was top notch and all the beach toys as our girls loved everything! We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful condo in a great location owned and managed by the best folks ever! Thank you for allowing us to create family memories and we can't wait to come back! God Bless you!

Peter & Kathy’s place was the perfect spot to enjoy some family time. The location is great - walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping- and the amenities are outstanding, especially the hot tub! It’s also a great home base to explore all the OC beaches.

Beautiful and accommodating stay

I’ve stayed at quite a few vacation rental properties and this one went above and beyond all the others I’ve stayed at. The amenities and all the things provided, along with the owners checking in was just like staying with friends as they say their motto is. It was a beautiful condo with all we could need, in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was so nice having access to beach chairs and towels and sand toys, etc, so we didn’t need to pack it all. I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

San Clemente Paradise

We absolutely loved the condo in San Clemente!! It was clean, cozy and perfect for our family. The hot tub and outdoor patio were a fav for our crew. We watched the sunset and sunrise from the amazing view! The beach is just a short walk down the hill and they provide you with everything you need. Also you are steps away from all the shopping and dining. We had the best pizza at Pizza Port for dinner and then Chaupain pastries and quiche for breakfast. Will definitely be visiting again!

Perfect House

We vrbo three times a year and this one did not disappoint. Amazing location and accommodations. Hot tub was amazing along with bikes and designated parking spot. Easy access to beach or to the restaurants for dinner. We never book a house twice but my kids are begging to do this house again. You will not be disappointed. 5 STARS!!!

Really lovely

This was a great fit for us (3 adults, plus 3 kids ages 1-6). The place was really lovely and really well fitted out with games and toys the kids loved and lots of baby supplies that saved me a ton of space packing. The location is really wonderful with a trolley stop literally right outside the door. I agree with my 6 year old, when he said "This is nice. We should stay here more."

Would definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has excellent amenities and it’s a wonderful location just south of the main drag in San Clemente and a very short walk down to the San Clemente beach and pier area. The kitchen is extremely well stocked probably the best kitchen in a rental that I’ve ever been in in terms of quality dishes and cookware. The living room is very nice. The bathroom is nice the beds are nice. The ceiling fans are very powerful keeping you cool. I love how they provide you with some free drinks and they have tons of things to take down to the beach. The hot tub was great. There was something wrong with the gas fireplace outside, but we didn’t let them know about it until the day we were leaving because it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. The only other comments I would say in terms of things that could be improved would be the outdoor table needs replaced from water damage. Washer and dryer on the deck but work great. Overall great place. Very attentive hosts for issues. Also great early check in time. 2pm.
