Our family had a great time. We had plenty of room. The outdoor area was great for grilling in the evenings. Short drive to the beach, or walk to the trail along the beach.

We loved our stay at this location: the proximity to the beach and the patio with the grill; the house was also spacious enough to fit 3 adults and 3 kids.

Rikki was an awesome host. Very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The property was very clean and comfortable and the courtyard is the best spot for your morning coffee and hanging out in the cool evenings, and onsite parking was terrific. The only downside is the beach access bridge at the end of the street was closed during our visit but there are several access points close by. We were there for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect place to stay with family during our time in San Clemente. Highly recommend and will stay there again when we come back to the area.

Great property. Host very communicative. Loved that the host had so many handy things in the property like bug spray, tin foil just life enhancing convenient things. Thank you so much! I will note that the walkable beach access from the property was closed for city retrofitting contruction from what I think was a landslide so that was a bummer!

Great condo-great location!

Loved our stay and would love to come back in the future. The location was great, it was clean, had comfortable beds, large driveway for parking, great communication and clear instructions.

Overall the house and location were great. Met the needs for our vacation. Host was easy to communicate with. The beach is close and the main strip is an easy drive or short walk away.

Great stay!

Wonderful stay! The house was incredible and beautiful. The shared patio out back was one of our favorite. Riki was super communicative and amazing! Highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

Riki was so welcoming. She made sure the unit was ready for us. We specially loved some treats that Riki provided for us. There was enough room for our many family visitors. Nice to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. The deck was pleasant to enjoy the outdoors. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location, well-equiped and comfy!

Our host was super friendly welcoming and attentive to all details. The condo had everything we needed and more. The property was really easy to get to and in a great location just a block from the beach.
