"An absolute joy! Fantastic experience. We were concerned about bringing a toddler and disrupting other guest's stay but the hosts had plenty of books and things to keep her happy.

Ejemplos: no hacen la cama, pedí un champagne y lo trajeron sin hielos y la peor es que hubo 2 incidentes muy pesados con la recepcionista, que demeritaron enormemente la calidad del servicio. "
