"シャワーヘッドが固定できない状態のままになっていて、宿泊期間中（6泊）修理がされなかった。 フロントのスタッフは、チェックイン時とチェックアウト時の担当者は良かったが、それ以外の時間（朝や夜）の担当者は全く駄目（態度、言動）でサービスをする気が見られなかった。"

Menger Hotel
"Although it is a historical landmark hotel, I still think some upkeep needs to be done. The telephone in our room looked straight from the 90s, stained yellow and old. I’d get something that matches the aesthetic a bit more. The vanity by the fridge was dirty as if someone had done their makeup before ..."
