"El apartamento está genial por el precio que tiene. Que es un poco justo el paso de la habitación a la sala, no lo niego, pero tiene otras cosas a favor.... Tiene lavadora, la cual utilizamos y nos fuimos con la ropa limpia y seca (con mucha imaginación para tender dentro de la habitación, pero lo hicimos), una gran nevera con congelador, microondas y pequeña cocina... Poco menaje, tan sólo un puchero y ninguna sartén, pero cenamos en frío y el desayuno con el microondas nos apañamos. Pensé que...

"We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. "

"Excellent place. Room was huge and beds were comfy. Metro and tram station right outside the door, buses were a 5 minute walk away. Lots of parking nearby too, only €4 for 8 hours. "

"Ormai sono anni da quando veniamo ogni anno ad agosto a questo albergo il personal gentilissimo ci troviamo come a casa ,appartamenti grandi poi i terrazzi bellissimi grandi, colazione buona grazie di tutto e ci vediamo prossimo anno ad agosto!"

"Overall good and comfortable stay for a family of 3. Air conditioned room. A bit noisy sometimes from the street. One suggestion I do have is to add some plates, bowls and pots in the kitchen. The small kitchen and stove is there but there is nothing to use. At least plates and fork and knife would have been nice. "

"Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here."

"Adorei a estadia. Tudo correu exatamente como planejado. O apartamento está em uma localização excelente, há alguns passos da estação de metrô. Opções de mercados e restaurantes há menos de uma quadra de distância. Quando voltar à Roma, certamente ficarei no mesmo lugar. Recomendo muito."

"Beautiful apartment! It’s a lot of stairs and the elevator is a bit scary but it got me to and from every time without fail! View was just as beautiful as the pictures. Close to 2 metro stations, a bus stop, and a bunch of restaurants. Not far from the big attractions either so also super walkable. Host provided water and snacks when I arrived. "

"Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma."

"This apartment was wonderful! Beautiful decor and comfortable. The location is very close to the Colosseum, 5 min walk! Delicious restaurants and grocery aplenty and very close. Our host was super nice and communication was perfect! We hope to stay here next time we come to Rome! GRAZIE!!!!!"

"Having access to washer/dryer for my family of 5 was great. Loved that The Colosseum was 3 blocks away. Many great restaurants with delicious food nearby. We picked up lunch each day and ate at the aprartmebt which was good for us. "

Hi ha 2 restaurants i s'hi serveixen esmorzars; plats de cuina regional

"Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less."

"We had a great time in Rome. This property, its size and view was perfect for us. It was not in the main touristic area of Rome, buy with a 5-minute walk to the metro it was perfect for us, and the price was much lower than we would have paid in the core of Rome. Great value, lots of vintage trinkets in the house to discover, terrace was fantastic and AC was very appreciated during those very hot days!"
