"The cabin is in the heart of the forest, with walks in the wonderful national park at your doorstep. The wildlife was amazing with lyrebirds, bandicoots, king parrots, satin bowerbirds and more sighted on our short two night stay. The kitchen is well equipped for a decent stay with a lovely newly renovated bathroom and every bed had an electric blanket with warm and cozy bedding. Very enjoyable stay."

We loved the short walks with our 4yo to the river for a swim, or morning visitors on the deck and the relaxing ambience of the environment. "If you want a place that offers solitude, heavenly peace and great relaxation in harmony with nature, don't look any further. This is the ultimate place to relax, meditate and enjoy nature at its best. There are some wonderful walks nearby, however a word of caution, don't try to drive unless you have an AWD or 4WD as the roads are gravelly and full of ruts."

"The property is in a central location in the town of Dungog. Next to a supermarket which is handy. I did not realise the bathroom was outside of our accommodation and that there was no running water/sink in our room. It was also very musty and airless. There were no flyscreens to open windows without mosquitos and insects coming in. It was tricky to understand where to enter the property, however the owner helped with this. There was only one bed made up for two single people. I thought there...
