"The hotel is conveniently located about a 10 minute shuttle ride away from Edinburgh Airport. It was clean and quiet. Staff were very accommodating. While my flight was too early to take advantage of the complete breakfast bar, the selections available were good. Food in the restaurant was also good. "

"Checked in, receptionist was lovely. Climbed a load of stairs, along some corridors, down some stairs and up some more, finally got to our room, not a towel to be seen. Away back up and down all the stairs to ask for towels and then back up and down all the stairs again. Finally got to relax after driving all the way from Cornwall. Carpark was good, room was ok. "Lovely friendly staff, but the shower was tiny, mouldy and the sink didn't work, so hardly any water coming out. I reported the problem with the sink the following day, but was told that it may not get fixed as the hotel was undergoing a full renovation in a few weeks. I fully understand that the owners don't want to spend money when they are ripping out old rooms AND I was offered a room change, but decided not to take it. "Very happy with my stay. The location was brilliant for where I need to be during my business stay. Room was spacious and clean and dinner/breakfast was a very good quality and provided in a timely fashion. Views from the hotel definitely added to the stay and who doesn't want a welcome cookie! IF I had to be critical of anything, I didn't get on with the pillows provided but I appreciate we are all different!"
