"The lady at the front desk was rude when inquiring about a fridge for the room. She had said we reserved a regular rooms, and they didn't come with fridges. NOTHING is mentioned about that on Expedia, for either the deluxe or regular family rooms. So I checked their website later and there are "mini bars" listed for EVERY room. So instead of dining at their hotel restaurant for dinner, with a large group of us, we ate the food that was going to go bad by morning."

"Spacious room in a perfect location! Short flat walk from the ferry dock, and 5-10 min slightly downhill walk from the train station. Great air conditioning, even kept up during the heat wave while we were there. Didn’t purchase the add-on for breakfast, but did stop by the cafe located in the ground floor of the building for coffee every day. Nicely appointed room with lots of space."

"Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room...

"We thought the actual view from the hotel was even better than the pictures. We heard coocoo birds and various wildlife when we out walking about. The staff was exceptionally kind and could speak English perfectly. We ate dinner one evening and had the eggplant parmigiana, which rivaled the best we had in Italy. The room were large and clean, and the location is really quiet. There are also lots of nice locations to sit alone or with other travelers and have a drink and enjoy the view. As...

The location is also amazing and so central, made travelling to different locations really easy aswell as exploring Bellagio itself"

"Wir waren für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp dort. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Zimmer war trotz der Lage sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht ins grüne. Auch ein Babybett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer auf dem Weg in den Urlaub eine Pause machen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben und im Ort gibt es leckere Pizza. 😎"
