"Five star hotel at a three star price. Everything about the Mona was superb. Directions to the hotel were clear. It’s a short walk from the rail station, right on the Montreux lake walk, and 5 minutes from the ferry landing. Staff was very helpful, helped us with our luggage and provided tips and information. "This was a nice sized room with a comfy king sized bed. The building itself is historic, but the rooms are updated and modern with hard surface flooring. We were on the third floor and had a nice balcony that looked over the lake. Lots of shopping and dining options near the hotel. Easy to grab transit or Taxi/Uber as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Montreaux. "
