"I liked the condition of the location, however there is no curb appeal. The yard was overgrown and not well kept, not in the best area. Inside the residence, while the floor was clean, new linoleum it was hollow and felt like it would cave in at any point throughout the residence."

"My children and I were extremely uncomfortable with this property due to the layout and what I believe were misleading descriptions and photos in the listing. Upon arrival, we were met with loud screaming, yelling, and arguing coming from the property. We could hear and smell everything from the main residence, and the odor was very strong and unbearable. As a parent, safety and suitability are very important to me, and we did not feel safe or comfortable staying. We left after about 15 minutes...

"Honestly, if you are looking for a cheap, clean place to stay this will do. Its under construction, im sure it will be amazing once done. Our room was old, slightly falling apart and loud to the noises next door, i failed to sleep night 2. The bed was hard. Breakfast was weird. But I felt safe. The workers were very nice."
