"We love the Quest at Ballarat Station. it is a welcome stopping off point when we are travelling to Melbourne from interstate. We know we can rest comfortably and have a good night sleep. Ballarat has lots to offer and it means we don't hit Melbourne at the end of a long day travelling to face peak hour traffic. "

"A lovely property with a spacious room, comfy bed and a big bathroom. Its right across the street from Ballerat train stn and it was easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant attached to the hotel, is called Lola and was wonderful. Great atmosphere, delicious food and customer service team were fantastic! "

"The escape villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and stunning tree views. The fireplace is a true centerpiece—gorgeous to look at from anywhere in the villa, while also providing excellent warmth and comfort. The open-plan jacuzzi is another highlight, perfectly positioned to take in the views. Both the couch and the bedding are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A couple of small areas could be improved: the TV reception wasn’t great, and some of the bathroom...

"We had the most wonderful stay at Clifftop celebrating our recent engagement. The property was absolutely gorgeous and had immaculate views over the valley and tree tops. The perfect place for a couples relaxation getaway "

"It looks like the host lives in the house every day, other than when she has a booking. Her personal stuff and clutter is everywhere in the house. Sofas in lounge was covered with stuff, like a dinner tray left out, clothing, bags of old stuff. Clothing A-frame was in the house. Sheets on the washing line outside. Stained rugs. Vomit patch. Personal phone numbers stuck onto kitchen wall, eg Service Australia, disputes centre, aged care help. Personal family photos all over the place including...

"Myself, my daughter and her two friends all had a wonderful stay for two nights. Beds are super comfortable and the heating kept us toasty on cold days and nights. We appreciated all the little attentions to detail and the gorgeous decor. The house is simply stunning. Lots of rooms to spread out in. Thanks for a wonderful short stay. "

"Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s."
