"Arrived before 11pm, exhausted after a long hard drive! Total confusion as there are two separate Hotels with the same name! Security guard showed me and let me in the underground car park but on check in was told it was the other hotel, same company but the other side of a busy road! "Das Hotel ist gut, was es sehr gut macht sind die Mitarbeiter. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Am Frühstückstisch wird man sehr freundlich begrüßt mit einem kleinen Smalltalk, was mir jeden Tag ein lächeln auf das Gesicht gezaubert hat. So kommt man gerne wieder. Jedes Hotel ist nur so gut wie gut seine Mitarbeiter sind! Weiter so! "

"Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war. "

"Im Hochsommer macht sich die fehlende Klimaanlage bemerkbar, wodurch der Raum unangenehm heiß wurde. Lüften in der Nach kann je nach Anzahl der vorbeidüsenden Autos auch erschwert sein. Die Ausstattung im DZ war dafür vollkommen in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück für 11,90€ angemessen. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist sehr gut und Parkplätze an der Straße gibt es in der Umgebung auch zumeist sehr gut. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, zukünftig nocheinmal wiederzukommen. "
