"When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes."

Harbor view advertised is blocked by rooftop. 2 sofas/couches advertised - we had 0. Also strange smell in the room. After you check in refunds are not possible. So be aware. Good luck. "

The cost when we booked was $275 for a night. There was a few issues I should note. The first, the elevator was out so a staff member had to ride it down first before you could go up. "The TV did not have a constant signal, so a lot of channels were not working all the time. The room was clean, but there was stains on our pull out sofa. A quick wipe down or quick scrub wide of been suffice. If it wasn't b/c we were just there 2 nights and my wife did not mind, I wud of asked for another room "

I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...
