"The pool access is a paid service and it was not in booking details. The hotel room was cleaned every 3 days which I do appreciate although the rooms can be bigger for the pricing we were paying for. On days when room cleaning service is not performed you still get clean towels. Laundry access only have 6 washers and dryers and honestly it was pretty expensive as they weren’t huge washers. Staff were friendly and they offer luggage storage before check in and after but one thing I didn’t like...

"They had all the amenities you could need if you didn't pack something or forgot to pack something - thoothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, face wash, etc. The room itself was really comfortable and they provided pajamas and slippers! The breakfast buffet was great and the same area turned into a delicious dinner restaurant at night. I highly recommend this place and will be staying again. Also there's a 7-11 in the basement open 24hrs, which was a godsend."

"Pretty spacious room compared to other places we looked at. Love that it had a washer/dryer (It was pretty small but I am not sure if I'm just used to America's washers). The staff was super friendly and the room was clean! Only complaint I had was that I removed the pillow case to adjust it and the pillow underneath was a jump scare, super stained. Still would rate it overalls 5 stars since that was my only qualm. "

"The room was clean and the staff is polite and welcoming! They offer amenities in the lobby. The check in process was quick. They have a self check-in/check-out machine. However, they’ll assist you on how to use it. A majority of the hotels offer the luggage delivery service, which is amazing. You have to pay in cash. "Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility issues which is not detailed anywhere on the site and is not considered a reason to cancel without penalty."

"The breakfast is great. The front desk is very helpful. At night, we had a wonderful time, walking through the shiny streets. Yes, it is smack dab in the red light district, and there were a couple of weird guys a couple of blocks away. However, I felt comfortable having my teenage sons walk around by themselves at night. Everything seemed pretty safe. There won’t be a view from your hotel room, you will sleep super soundly at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
