"The service was generally great but Ayman made it exceptional, he is very nice and friendly and makes a point to great everyone. He was very helpful, service oriented. The roof top terrace has beautiful view and the food is surprisingly good. This is my new go to place in NY."

"A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

"Photos do not correspond to the ones on website.
Rooms are old and dirty. Every day I had to request towels and cleaning the room otherwise they would not do it.
Customer service promises to help but did not."
