Located next to the United Nations, therefore, one of the safest neighborhoods in NYC. This loft was as advertised: it was a great location and easily accessible. It felt safe and comfortable. Importantly, the AC was working great, which was nice given how hot it was.

Todo es perfecto, súper fácil, muy agradable, súper limpio, “cerca” de time Square , lo único que falta es que el anfitrión esté un poco más al pendiente de la comunicación y dudas.

The space was nice and we enjoyed the amenities. The only downside was the stairs, only because of luggage and having someone older traveling with us. Very easy to check in and chek out, close to Grand Central and you can get to Times Square pretty quickly with Uber/Lyft.

We had a great experience in this cute little loft! Clean and well stocked, 10-20 min walk from all the sights and perfect for our weekend vacation to NYC! Thank you!

This was a fantastic place to stay during our family trip! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we liked having access to a small kitchen. There are a few small markets across the street. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Grand Central Station, so we could get anywhere we wanted to go within 20 minutes. It’s easy walking distance to Time Square and other sites, and the neighborhood felt safe. Would absolutely stay again!

Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed! My family and I slept well and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee selection and beautiful glass mugs. There was also a convenient spot in the building to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, so we could stay out a bit longer on our last day before returning to pick up the luggage. Nearby there is a nice grocery market (Ermina's) just across the street, and a relaxing green space around the corner (the Tudor City Greens parks).

The apartment was a nice size for our family of 4, especially in NYC. Location was great - quiet area; walkable to Grand Central, Times Square, etc. Very well appointed with kitchen appliances, shower needs, iron and hairdryer. Host was very responsive. Our iron stopped working and the host left a new one for us that same day. Was perfect for out needs, would stay here again.
