"Fantastic service. Well appointed room eg select exact temp for shower. We were upgraded to Imperial floor (15-16) for nicer room I think. Imperial bar the best. Staff wrote out addresses wanted to go to in Japanese and explained to taxi for us. All around excellent hotel"

"Hotel has an amazing view of the city from each room and from the lobby. Rooms are well set up with amenities. The carpet in my room was a bit tired looking and the wall paper a bit scraped on the corner where i put my suitcase on a rack. Staff spoke good English and were helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. "

"Breakfast food was edible. Nothing special warranting the price. The toiletries were really good and lux. That is where my praise ends. This hotel appears to not have enough staff, yet this last straw occurred in front of 2 employees who could have helped at any time. I explained that i have invisible disabilites (EDS, MCAS, scleroderma) that requires.help with my luggage. They didnt care. The male employees watched me shake and struggle & wince in agony, but they simply pretended not to see me....

"Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Check in was seamless, Kathryn was very welcoming and polite. Room was very clean and just fantastic! Bathroom and shower are seperate, kitchen facilities great and washer/dryer a bonus! Close to train station, which made travelling around Tokyo easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff that assisted with storing our luggage due to late flight. "
