"Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times"

As it's about 50 minutes outside of Tokyo, the rooms are much bigger than you would get in Tokyo. The staff are super helpful and most can speak English or use an interpreter device.
