"I had a fantastic stay at Essential by Dorint in Düsseldorf. The hotel is brand new, having opened just two months ago, and it truly shows. The entire facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s also an on-site bar and restaurant, both of which served very good food and added great convenience to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again....

"Tolle Lage direkt am Rhein. Freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war für mich als Alleinreisender ausreichend groß. Das inkludierte Frühstück fand ich sehr gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür (am WE evtl. etwas voller) Man ist in 20-25 Minuten mit dem Rad in der Altstadt. "

"J'ai passé la première nuit dehors avec mon fils handicapé et j'ai appelé le numéro affiché mais personne ne répond ! Le code m'a été envoyé à 2h30mn et il était formé de 6 chiffres au lieu de 4 ce qui ne m'a pas permis d'accéder à la chambre et j'ai passé la nuit dehors. "

"Clean and spacious room. Very comfortable 3 nights stay. Lots of windows for some fresh air. Use WhatsApp for quick and easy communication with the staff to reserve your parking spot. The parking entrance is a bit hidden, would easily missed for the first time. €15/night Laundry service available operates via an app. It provides self dispensed laundry detergent within the cycle. Close to tram station. Many grocery stores within 5 min walking distance."

"Breakfast was standard, nothing special. Rooms (and general building) were very hot and uncomfortable. The thermostat did not work. Location was not as expected (not actually in Frankfurt and 30+ minute walk to the nearest train station). Staff was helpful and self check was nice. They stored bags for us when we arrived early. If there is more than 1 person in your room get 2 cards as you will need 1 card in the room if you want power. The provided bus to the airport was on time (and can be used...
