"Perfect stop on the way to the beach with kids!"

"The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. "The pool was closed. This was very disappointing bc it was the main reason we booked. The staff was friendly but he didn't know when the pool would be opened up. Standing near the pool door you could smell stinky water."

The kitchen attendant was very rude to the guest as well as the front counter attendant cursing and just down right rude for what could have been a slight oversight on a correctable issue instead after encountering her we checked out of the hotel."

"I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."
