Parking was just ok , was secure.hotel needs more progress repairs!!!°°. Cause wooden hollow doors snower i had in that room near the exit was awful needed corrected caulking showrr sliding doors needed mildew clean off them

Looks like remodeling, going on. no alarm clocks n room WOODEN HOLLOW inexpensive doors on rooms, and bathroom . The beds were ok, curtains ok, floors n room ok. But the bathroom shower needs more updateD work done. No sink stopper SO RATED the room a 8 0ut of 10 .

It was awful. We were approached by homeless people in the parking lot and immediately went inside instead of getting our luggage out of the vehicle, for fear of hooligans in the parking lot. The entire building reeked of marijuana. As soon as we checked in and saw our room, we immediately checked back out and left. One of the employees was talking to another employee about a bedbug problem on the second floor!

I stayed here and the front desk worker was amazing. I went to my room before leaving and it looked like no one cleaned the room in weeks. The floor wasn’t swept, the bathroom tub was filthy and the entire room was nasty. I had to clean the tub before I before I could step foot in it. It looked like they had been doing construction and just left it as is. The floor in the room was just as disgusting. The lock on the door was not secure and was broken. It looked as if it had been replaced multiple times by someone who’s never done repairs. I was widely surprised and disappointed. You can tell whomever owns this property does not care to invest in it at all. I’ll never go back here and I don’t recommend it to others. Expedia should have a quality control person who does random inspections or just remove hotels from its website if it doesn’t meet standard expectations.

The staff is suitable but the front desk lady she goes by the name of light and she basically said I can’t book at their establishment anymore because I supposedly left the room dirty when I checked out but I didn’t leave room messed up at all and I want proof of the room being dirty of that check out date

No microwave in the accessible room??? The REFRIGERATOR DIDNT WORK . .Had bought food could warm it. Only provide COFFEE , NO BREAKFAST. WAS ONLY 1 BATH MAT. IN ROOM HAD TO GO THE THE NIGHT CLERK TO GET TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES. INTHE TRANSITION OF THE REMODEL SEE WOOD FLOORS AND ALL WOODEN HOLLOW DOORS, NOT THE BEST SECURITY. Windows had no screens on. Them right Windows a large Crack n it from top to bottom . The beds were ok . THE ROLLING BLACK CHAIR IN THE ROOM WAS BROKEN I THINK, SAT DOWN IN IT , IT WENT BACK AND, THROWED ME ON THE FLOOR. OUCH I HURT MY BACK. Told attendant/ AM AGENT DESK CLERK LIGHT , She gave me a chair out office But back still hurts.!!! Seems in remodeling cheaper room doors and , wood floors were put in,?????? For the pain and inconvenience of not being able to warm my food or keep anything cold cause the refrigerator did not work I should be reimbursed my money back . ALL OF IT............parking was ok , ..

When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front entrance, where everybody came in and out people staying above me were extremely noisy. I have to say I was not happy with the conditions at all. It looks like you do advertise that you have breakfast, but there is no breakfast so you need to fix that online. No washers and dryers available. Only thing I can say is my sheets were clean thank goodness no hairdryer in the room no microwave in the room very disappointed. I stayed in room 225.
