"Always fun to stay at the Magic Castle hotel. The personnel is amazing, every single time. Rooms need revamping, seriously. A hotel cannot live out of free soft drinks and popsicles. The sink overflows (it happened to me there before), the shower needs serious cleaning or replacement, and the air conditioning is noisy. The prices there are steep enough to justify improving the premises. Lovely experience, always, but really needs to keep up with the times."

"Internet fast. We thought we were staying at a 4 star hotel but some staff really need better training as well as the valet parking. Half the time we parked and retrieved our own car but we are paying for the valet price. Breakfast is exactly same everyday and we noticed the fruits just rotting away near the end of our stay. In room only had two large paper cups and we are supposed to use them for brushing teeth as well as for our coffee. I asked the front desk how we are supposed to use the...
