"The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! "

"This was an amazing place to stay. If you are looking for an authentic "room above a country pub" experience. This is the place. It does have old pub quirks, the floors arent very level, and the access upstairs is challenging. But the charm of the beams and windows is undeniable. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and if you're into art, this places hums with it. We loved our time here. And its location means its easy to explore Gloustershire and South Wales. "

"We had a lovely few days at the cottage. It was comfy and cosy and had everything we needed.Jane and Malcolm were lovely, friendly and had lots of free range hens, who our son fell in love with! Perfectly situated for walks or bike rides in the forest, which was literally just out the front door! Just lovely!"

Instructions on how to use equipment and appliances was good, but we only found out how to turn off the bathroom fan towards the end, and as we're a bit noise sensitive it did keep us awake at night. "The Annex is fine for a short break but it needs a bit of updating as it’s looking quite tired in places. Because the bedroom and bathroom are in the eves of a garage the shower is very small and cramped but the shower itself is very powerful and the water is piping hot.
