"Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. "The room was super clean although please keep in mind that the slide and water park is not connected to this hotel but Fairfield. You get four wristbands. Communication between both hotels is not super great but the hotel itself is nice and clean and very comfortable."
